Transcom Jaipur is hiring for the position of Process Trainer with expertise in the German language. We are looking for a passionate and skilled professional to take on this role.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct process training for employees with a focus on the technical aspects of the process.

Ensure that training programs are tailored to the needs of the team and aligned with client expectations.

Provide support to employees in improving their skills and knowledge, ensuring effective performance.

Conduct assessments and track progress throughout the training period.

Offer continuous feedback and coaching to enhance employee development.

Collaborate with management to improve training materials and processes.

Ensure that the team maintains a high level of knowledge on the technical process and product.


Requirements:

German Certification: Minimum C1 level in German.

Strong understanding of technical processes and ability to explain them clearly in German.

Prior experience in a training or coaching role, preferably in a technical or customer service environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English.

Ability to manage and inspire a team, with a focus on employee development.

Experience with international processes and working in a global environment.


Additional Information:

CTC: Up to 12 LPA.

Working Hours: 5.5 days working per week.

Work Type: Work from office in Jaipur.
