Infosys BPM invites experienced candidates from the US Property & Casualty Insurance domain to attend the walk-in drive at our Mangalore location.

Role Information

  • Designation: Senior Process Executive – Underwriting
  • Experience: 1–2 years
  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Qualification: Any Graduate (Full-Time)
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 day

Job Responsibilities

  1. Transaction Execution:
    • Manage client transactions for insurance underwriting support.
    • Verify basic information and close customer queries as per SOPs.
    • Document all interactions in the client’s account as per prescribed guidelines.
  2. Communication and Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and SLA targets.
    • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) to manage daily tasks.
  3. Team Support:
    • Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions.
    • Act as a buddy to new joiners and support process understanding.
    • Provide inputs and manage monthly team meetings.
  4. Process Improvement:
    • Engage in ideation and process reengineering.
    • Document and train the team on updated processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail with exceptional quality standards.
  • Adaptability to organizational culture and shift flexibility.
  • Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance Underwriting is essential.

Mandatory Documents to Carry

  1. Updated resume (mention your Candidate ID on the top corner).
  2. 2 photo identity proofs (e.g., PAN Card, Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID).
  3. All original education documents:
    • 10th & 12th certificates
    • Graduation mark sheets (semester-wise), CMM, Provisional, and Original Degree
  4. Mobile charger and ear/headphones for assessments.

Important Notes

  • Carry a double-dose vaccination certificate (random checks at the gate).
  • Laptops/cameras are not allowed on campus due to security restrictions.
  • An original government ID card is mandatory for security clearance.
