🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries in English and German with professionalism.

Ensure exceptional customer support and satisfaction.

Resolve issues effectively with a customer-first mindset.


🎯 Requirements:

📚 Skillset: Outstanding communication skills in English and German.

✅ Qualification: Certified in German at B2.2 or C1 level (Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible).

💡 Experience: Previous experience in customer support (German language) is mandatory.

⏰ Flexibility: Ability to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs.


📋 Job Details:

💰 Salary: Up to ₹7-9 LPA

🗓️ Working Days: 5.5 days/week

🚖 Transportation: Both-way cab services provided

⏳ Shifts: Rotational shifts
