Shift Timings: US Shift

Education Criteria: B.Com, M.Com, Finance Graduates/Post Graduates.

🚀Requirements:

* Strong communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of Investment Banking, Trade Life Cycle, Derivatives, etc.

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

• Graduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required.

• 0-2 years industry experience; Operations Analyst experience strongly preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Demonstrate effective communication skills as well as set clear expectations to all clients, service partners, and internal teams both in written and verbal communication.

• Concise writing skills.

• Effectively coordinate, manage and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently and within acceptable timelines.

• Ability to learn and become an expert in field.

Domain/Technical Skills:

• Understanding of Capital Markets Knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, Traditional Assets, Bonds, Mutual Funds.

• Awareness about Trade Life Cycle.

• Ability to analyze processes and suggest process improvements as well as assist in documenting procedures.

• Must be able and willing to work effectively independently, as well as in a team, in an open floor environment.

• Must be knowledgeable in all areas of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
